Happy Halloween!

ladyherndon Home, Turkey

On a day filled with rain from morning till night (quite a change from the typical Coloradao Halloween snowstorm), we celebrated the spooky holiday quietly. We ate skeletal pancakes with “pumpkins” (oranges), took pictures of the kids in their costumes, carved up our green Turkish pumpkin (with very orange meat inside) to use for our pumpkin pies, chased Prince through the darkened apartment with a flashlight, and watched “The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” twice.

We never even stepped outside the door.
