After a harrowing morning full of solid bodily waste and post-cold snot that sounds just about as bad as my friend Shannon’s Valentine’s Day, we celebrated the holiday and our weekly Family Night by using a Christmas gift card for On the Border and another for Coldstone Creamery. It was a Latino Valentine’s Day for us. (I still consider the ice cream we had as Latino because it came with churros.)
