One of my very closest friends, Erin, came back to Colorado for a week, and brought her three beautiful children with her.
Now, many of you may not be aware that Erin and I had agreed upon the birth of our firstborn that they would one day marry. Hada and Prince are destined to be together.
If that relationship doesn’t blossom, we aren’t worried because we have a second chance to connect our families: her two-year-old son Eli, and my Princess.
And if that relationship doesn’t lead to rings, then we can at least get Sweet Pea and her baby boy Caleb together.
We both agreed that, if we have any more kids, she’s having another girl and I’m having another boy. See how convenient that is?
One way or another, Erin and I will always be friends and sisters, whether or not we share grandkids.
Did I just say grandkids? Wow. that 30-mile marker must have really hit me hard!
