Evelyn lost her first tooth this weekend!
She was so incredibly excited. Unfortunately, that excitement turned to quiet heartbreak the next morning when she saw that the Tooth Fairy hadn’t taken the tooth or left her a gift.
Thankfully, she received her prize and a glittery apology letter our first morning home, and the Tooth Fairy told her that she had tried to fly to Breckenridge but got caught in the rain and couldn’t make it over the mountains, so she wasn’t able to make it for the first night. I think the letter helped make it up to my sweet girl, but I still felt awful.
