Happy Fat Tuesday!

We did just that. It was a Cajun-style Mardi Gras for us with chicken gumbo and rice for dinner, funnel cakes for dessert, Cirque de Solet and Moulin Rouge music in the background, and some colored-noodle necklaces and masks to wear.
Prince also celebrated Chinese New Year at school with a parade and a party. It must be the year of the tiger, judging by his mask.
Princess didn’t think much of our festivities once we finished the part with the funnel cakes.
