Erin go bragh

Erin go bragh (Éirinn go brách) means “Ireland Forever.” So, in other words, Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Having kids makes these holidays so much more fun! We wore as much green as possible, ate green from breakfast (green eggs and green pancakes) through till dinner (Irish beef stew, green salad, spinach fettucine, potatoes au gratin, and shamrock-shaped cookies), listened to Irish music, and pretty much thought in Gaelic all day.

We hope today brought out the Irish in all of you.
