Prince just smashed his Snail Counting Record!
When we walk to school in the morning, we like to count the snails on the way. (It helps keep Prince from asking if he can sit in the stroller with Princess.) Before today, our highest total was 13.
We recently had a strong storm that threatened more than it produced and closed all the schools early. Nevertheless, it was wet enough to bring out the snails.
Prince counted by himself all the way up to … 45!
Yes, this is indeed exciting. Some places get earthworms. We get snails.
