I got a wild hair today and drove the kids north to go for a hike in Castlewood Canyon. Lord Herndon and I had gone there for a date hike when we were engaged. It was nice to get out of the city on one of the first days of sunshine without wind.
Of course, we had to have a picnic. That is Prince’s new favorite thing to do.
Only downside? Lord Herndon wasn’t with us.
