Breckenridge Vacation Part 1: Bike Ride, Frisco Museum, and 13th Anniversary

ladyherndon Colorado, Home

We started our Breckenridge vacation with my favorite thing: a bike ride from Breckenridge to Frisco (20 miles round trip). The three older kids ride their own bikes and Theo is on a trail-a-bike with me. Let me tell you, it is actually a benefit to have his little legs pedaling behind me because he makes me go faster, both up and down the hills!

Once we got to Frisco, we chained up our bikes, did some thrift shopping, had a picnic lunch, and explored the Frisco Historic Park and Museum. This was such a fun experience, I don’t know why we had never done it before! The block was full of historic buildings, fun and informative displays, and each building had it’s own fun stamp that the kids had to find and put into their (free) passport, which we picked up at the main entrance.

I had to take a photo in the seamstress’ home!

After we got back to the condo, we all showered and changed for our fancy dinner to celebrate our 13th Anniversary. We actually drove back to Frisco and ate at the Silver Heels restaurant.
