Penny made her acting debut in the wonderful 8 year old play “The Reluctant Dragon.” She played a bully in the prince’s gang named Yellsalot. It was a perfect fit! She absolutely loved performing and threw her heart and soul into it.
Here comes the gang! 
Penny’s best friend here in Kyiv is Marlene, who played King Fancypants. 
Penny knew her own lines backwards and forwards…and everyone else’s too! I could see her having a hard time not mouthing their lines as they said them.
She was an absolute delight, and while the whole cast danced through the auditorium and sang the Lindsey Stirling song “Something Wild,” Mike and I both teared up. It was magic.
