Autumn officially starts tonight, so of course we had to mark the occasion with an autumnal craft.
I love the eyes, don’t you? It’s like the squirrel on Hoodwinked.
That night, we had a pot roast with autumn vegetables (gotta love the fact that I can buy sweet potatoes again!) and had my dear friend Nicole and her two sons, Connor and Dominick, over for dinner. It was a reunion with a long-lost friend for both Prince and myself.
My favorite part was when Connor said, “I’m going to be a sword-fighter when I grow up!” and Prince said, “I’m going to be a mailman!”
