This was Evelyn’s 7th birthday dress, and she also wore it to the Daddy Daughter Dance in February, but since I haven’t described it yet I will catch up now. I actually have a lot of kid clothing that I need to catch up on here, so don’t be alarmed if Christmas dresses show up in the next few weeks.
Evelyn loved collecting as much of Grace’s collection from the American Girl Doll store as she could before Grace was retired, and her favorite was this dress. I liked the look of the sequins under the sheer over-layer, so I knew I would eventually make her a match.
